Low-risk malaria area
Mhisi Lodge is in a low-risk malaria area. We highly recommend that you consult with your doctor before travel.
Mhisi lodge is a contemporary interpretation of the African bush lodge. It is decorated in an African inspired theme, with local wildlife featuring throughout. Mhisi means “hyena” in the local Shangaan language, and if you are lucky you will hear the iconic calls of the local spotted hyena at night. The outdoor living space flows seamlessly from the indoor areas, and encompasses expansive views over the Sabi River into the Kruger National Park.
